First we have to determine the cause for your tinnitus. It may be pathological or simply physiological. If we cannot find the cause for your tinnitus then we have to make you habituated to it l, so that you will feel no distress or anxious about it. Remember tinnitus is one in thousands of small minute sound produce in various parts of our body with magnified due to its close proximity to auditory system. Try relaxation exercise, congnitive behavioural therapy. Kindly reach out for more help.

Aging, genetics and noise exposure all play a role
having sensorineural hearing loss means there is damage either to the tiny hair cells in your inner ear (known as stereocilia), or to the nerve pathways that lead from your inner ear to the brain. It normally affects both ears.

Losing your balance while walking, or feeling imbalanced, can result from: vestibular problems. Abnormalities in your inner ear can cause a sensation of a floating or heavy head and unsteadiness in the dark. Nerve damage to your legs (peripheral neuropathy).

Tinnitus and migraine can occur together. People with migraine appear to be more likely to have tinnitus, and people with tinnitus often report migraine and other headache disorders. Tinnitus itself can be a symptom of migraine if a person experiences ringing in the ears as a temporary aura.

Yes there are remedies for dysarthria and aphasia like conditions given in ayurveda's renowned book bhaishajya ratnawali and we have been using it with our modalities by way of experience. But its not only med but some other techniques like breathing techniques/ some syllables to practice in the form of mantra etc. Some other medicine which are very simple. You have to discuss first to hope for results to some extent.
