If the thrombus is blocking there since 2015 and has not resolved, it most probably will be for life. Your doctor needs to take a call whether anticoagulant like warfarin/ACITROM should be taken or not. Have you got the work up done why you had PTE in the first place.

If lungs are 80% fibrosed and shows cystic spaces in most of lung parts, then nothing will help much except long term oxygen.Medral may help considering ground glass opacity. Pirfenex, foracort and mucinac is of no use.

Start Anulom Vilom pranayam and Kapal bhati starting from 5 minutes each to gradually increase to 20 minutes each in a month. Also use pure Mrigshring bhasm in appropriate qty. It may not be generally available. Combine 95% curcumin and Pure Tulsi extract, as a routine supplement.
