Take Ultrasound and tens therapy for 10 days, wear ortho foot wear, avoid standing for prolong time.

Use heel gel pads for heel to reduce pain, icing thrice a day will alsp help reduce pain.

First of all you have to confirm whether the pain is like
1. Pointed pain or spreader in some particular area
2. Pain increases while touching the ground or same during walking and at rest
3. Pain diminishes under 30min duration or not.
