Please consult online or directly. It looks like you have developed a blistering disease. Either an eczema or a bullous disease. Kindly share photographs of affected area and consult. The above 2 conditions are most likely possibility, which wouldn't settle with just antihistamine.

Most probably support needed. Send the photo of your legs and posture while standing. Do it in half pants.
