Hi lybrate-user getting milk secretion from breast can be due to many reasons like due to certain medicines like antidepressants or due to thyroid disorder or due to breast stimulation or due to certain tumors. Please do urine pregnancy test and do serum prolactin and Tsh levels which is important. Consult a doctor.

There could be multiple causes for nipple discharge.
Better to see a breast surgeon or a Surgical oncologist, who would examine you and if needed, ask for an ultrasound examination. The history and examination would determine if the discharge is unilateral or bilateral, single duct or multiduct and the colour of discharge serous, milky, pus, greenish or blood stained.
