I see that you are on aloot of medications as of now
these medications can have side effects affecting kidney and liver which may cause swelling in lower limb
lower limb swelling can also be caused by heart pathology better do get a 2d scan of heart.

dear, leg pain can be due to multiple reasons.
In night dip your legs in a bucket of warm water for 5 to 10 minutes.
In a day apply relaxyl or diclo gel, twice on the leg, local application. Hope I have briefly answered your query. Kindly do not self medicate, as it might be harmful for you.
