You can take polybion, however vitamin e is a fat soluble vitamin so don't take it for prolonged period as it will accumulate in your body and will cause side effects.

No need to get worried, tdap contains tetanus toxoid and diphtheria and acellular pertussis whereas dpt contains diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis protein, no harm would happen with acellular pertussis.

As answered by my other colleagues, we need detailed history to know what is your underlying medical problem and the need for long term steroid therapy. Consult your physician to know the need for long term steroids. This question is better answered by a physician than psychiatrists.
