Hii .i am 20 years old. Doctor prescribed me tretiva isotretinoin along with a syrup which contains folic acid. I lost my prescription I don't know which syrup it was. I wanna use dexorange syrup .while taking tretiva, is it ok to take dex orange syrup please suggest me.

Many syrups may contain folic acid and are prescribed based on symptoms. If folic acid was the main ingredient, go for a tablet.

Also low capacity of bladder. That's problem occurs at urge when I free at home .even no out gone. Just evening playing volleyball for 1 hrs. I drink alcohol once a month. Evem 3 a month. cigrate one or two per day for 5 month with break 20 days .10 days even last time continue is 4 month with breaks now from last 2 month even not drink and cigrate. you need to be careful with your diet. Avoid spicy, oily food, excess fats. And you need to reduce sgot and sgpt. Better to consult an ayurvedic physician. Meantime you can take kumariasav if you are not diabetic.

Hii, few times before I had got check-up and was found that I am having a fatty liver and I had got corona also before and after that I had taken ashwagandha for strength but after sometime I am likely to feel that my feet are getting pain and my weight last I checked was 85 to 90. Sir I have fatty liver and doctor gave me ultrasound report. And here mentioned parenchymal show increase fibrosis changes. What is it means. Normal size, shape a.p. Diameter 11.6 cm. (normal maximum 13 cm) parenchymal shows increased fibrosis changes. Intra hepatic bellary channels are not dilated portal vein 7.4 mm (normal maximum 13 mm) what do you mean by increasing fibrosis changes?

You have mentioned the report, but not about your complain for which the test was requested by the doctor. The finding in usg means that the is liver fibrosis which may be caused by alcohol. Hepatis virus and food habit. Avoid the cause if you have above habit. And consult the doctor or me with toal record.
