Hello and welcome to Lybrate. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. These problems are not collective. They are individual behavioral problems usually come to adolescent children. Behavioral therapy is the only treatment option. I suggest telephonic counseling and online psychotherapy for you.
You can contact me for further advice and treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

You need to sit and talk to him and make him understand the situation. Ask him I need to talk to you, what is a convenient time. Go and talk at his given time. Be patient, do not show your anger (even if you ard angry), try to make him understand, do not be persuasive and finish the discussion.

One strategy to treat drug dependence is long-term treatment with the same agonist drug or with a cross-tolerant drug to suppress withdrawal and drug craving. This approach is successfully used in the treatment of tobacco (nicotine) dependence (nicotine itself) and opiate dependence (methadone, buprenorphine).

Hello and welcome to Lybrate. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Usually, stress is the basic cause, but later it becomes a behaviour disorder. Apply colourless nail polish. Its smell should remind you not to bite nails.
I suggest telephonic counselling and online psychotherapy for you.
