Dear Vikram ji

The condition is known as spinal canal stenosis. The condition in early stages can be improved by Ayurveda therapies and physical therapy.

There are some medications as well that might help. But in any case 21 day Ayurveda Panchakarma therapy would help her.

For knowing how Ayurveda works, pl send a private message to me.

Pituitary macroadenomas often require surgical intervention for cure. The exceptions to this rule are the macroprolactinomas, which usually have an excellent response to medical therapy.

The communicating hydrocephalus is an incidental finding not causing your symptoms so do not worry about it.
Encorate chrono need not be taken for these symptoms.
