Hello-
Cryptorchidism is associated with impaired fertility and is a risk factor for testicular cancer. Among men who have had undescended testis, the risk of cancer is increased two to eight times, and 5 to 10% of all men with testicular cancer have a history of cryptorchidism.

Hello-
No need to get depressed. Remember, one testicle can provide enough testosterone for you to get an erection and ejaculate. This is also enough to produce adequate sperm for fertilization. As long as you're in good health and don't have any underlying conditions that could impact your fertility, you should be able to have children.

Hello-
undescended testis stop working functionally as soon as within 5 years after birth. It is due to high body temperature which arrest the sperm production capacity and makes the testicle shrink. So surgery will not be having much effect apart from cosmetic point of view. It is best to improve the functionality of the working testicle instead.

Hello-
surgery is not an option. You cannot cut and remove the affected part of testicle in the name of cosmetic wellness. It will affect your fertility in a bad way. Better to consult a ayurveda doctor and discuss non surgical option for recovery. The size can be made normal.

Hello-
It is entirely normal for one testicle to be bigger than the other. Many people find that the right testicle is slightly larger and the left hangs lower. A difference in size is usually nothing to worry about, though it can occasionally indicate a problem.
