Hello-
it is entirely normal for one testicle to be bigger than the other. Many people find that the right testicle is slightly larger and the left hangs lower. A difference in size is usually nothing to worry about, though it can occasionally indicate a problem.

Prostatitis can't always be cured, but its symptoms can be managed. Treatment should be followed even if you feel better. Patients with prostatitis aren't at higher risk for getting prostate cancer. There's no reason to stop normal sex unless it bothers you.

Hello doctor. My topic is hard somehow. At first I have a undescended testicle, not in its right place, it’s the left one and its not down there but scan say it’s up in the abdomen. My penis without erection is around 3 cm and after erection is about 6 or 7 cm ,also it’s curved during erection and not standing direct. I have went to doctors and everyone tells me different story and each one wanna make different surgery and I really don’t know what to do even I decided not to marry and forget about the idea of having children and family. Yes I was born like that and I have some defects from birth which I treated some of it during my childhood but sadly I have lost all my medical history with my surgeon who passed away years ago.

Pain in prostate after erection for upto 2 days since 4 years diagnosis: benign prostate hyperplasia prescription: rapilif 8 mg (silodosin 8 mg) 0-0-1 for past 6 weeks I see 50% improvement in the above medicine but from past 3 weeks I get little bit pain in prostate for 2 ½ hours after 12 hours erection what should I do now? Shall I take some other medicine along with silodosin 8 mg? Or any other medicine?

Hello sir, I was hospitalized due to high fever and urine infection as I was not able to urinate properly. Upon ultrasound diagnosis, we found 50% blockage of urinary tract which lead to urine infection and high fever. Was treated for that and during that time, I also understand psa total diagnosis the result of which were quite disappointing as the levels of psa antigen have risen to 56.8 whereas the normal range is below 4. The doctors were sensing that it could be a sign of prostate cancer as I was treated for prostate laser therapy in the past as well (2005) when there were increased prostate that were treated by laser therapy. Please suggest if this is a sign of cancer and what are the next steps. Thanks in advance.

My father is 62 years old. He has recently been facing a sharp pain in his lower abdomen near the prostate. He had some problems with the prostate earlier and had been asked to consult an urologist but somehow it could not happen in time. In studies they have shown to reduce overall incidence of prostate cancer, although definitive evidence lacking. But they also lead to higher number of high risk tumors due to reduction in psa levels that may lead to avoidance of biopsy in earlier stage.
