I took a psa test and the result came in 4.64. I have prostates right know and im in treatment for that. Its normal such result level for a person with prostatitis?

Yes with prostatitis, it may be normal. Are you doing prostatic massage also. After full treatment do followup psa test.

Hello doctors, I have lost my testicle 3 years back in 2019 end. And now I have only one testicle and I have check testosterone in aug 2020. My testosterone was 350. I was not depressed then. But recently I have check my testosterone 2 month ago my testosterone was 216. But I was depressed as long time. Is this the reason of drop my testosterone 350 to 216. Can I achieve same level of testosterone with only one testicle with volume 13 cc. 41×32×18 size. Is this size of testicle is enough for whole my life. I have only one testicle. Can I achieve 400 level naturally.

Relax, you cannot stop prostate from enlargement. Drugs only help when you have symptoms of prostatism.

Hello-
an undescended testicle is usually corrected with surgery. The surgeon carefully manipulates the testicle into the scrotum and stitches it into place (orchiopexy). This procedure can be done either with a laparoscope or with open surgery.

I had anastomotic urethroplasty almost 9 years ago. In the first year of surgery doctor used to check every 3 months. He used to ask for uroflowmetry and then he used to insert dilators to calibrate my urethra. From the next year he asked for check up once in a year. In every follow up he used to insert dilator to calibrate the urethra. My flow was manageable if not very good. I had not much problem. Last week I went for routine follow up. My flow was manageable then also. In the last follow up which was last week he inserted dilator and said there is resistance in bulbar urethra. He asked me to go after one week. Then he again inserted dilator and said he could not dilate. So he asked me to do a uroflowmetry. Then on the same day I did uroflow and the q max came 20 ml per second. So the doctor said as long as flow is fine there is no need to do anything. My actual flow is not so good. It came so good because it was done after (incomplete?) dilatation. But my flow normally is manageable. My question is what if my flow reduces? What is the treatment option now? Can there be damage after dilation once a year?

Respected sir/madam my brother age is 25 years old, now weight 52 kg but 4 years ago he was 72 kg he has been having pain with swelling veins in the right testicle's side for 4 years now day by day he's getting thin I have done both inguinal scrotal region test. Impression of this report is. 1. Bilateral epididymitis with funiculitis. 2. Sociological study of both tests are otherwise within normal limit. Sir may I know the name of this disease which I have been suffering from! sir mere konsa rog huwa hain? Or us rog ka kiya nam hain? Please sir help me?
