Even if you have one testicle there should be no problem in any kind of recruitment and you can father children also in future. But you should get your semen examination done once just to ensure that you have adequate sperm production.

Hello-
testicular pain is different from other body pains, as it denotes a serious issue inside sperm production unit. Pain killer or antibiotics will not help, and sometimes might make it worse. Better consult a ayurveda doctor immediately and save your fertility chances.

Hello-
you might be having a retractile testicle. Testicle that moves back and forth between the groin and the scrotum (the sac underneath the penis) is known as retractile testicle. It is not considered a serious health risk. The condition can affect young boys; most grow out of retractile testicle by puberty.

Just like other body parts it is not necessary that you are testis have to be in total symmetry. Its a usual phenomena to have slight variation in size of testis. This will never interfere in your physical examination. Good luck.

You are going in the right direction. Pl keep in contact with your doctor. Certain yoga postures and pranayam are also helpful. Mandukasan and others are supportive. Three 'bandhs' of yoga are wonderful but should be learnt by some person who knows it. Kegel exercises can strengthen and train your pelvic floor muscles to help control urination.
