I am 34 years male and I have tingling, burning sensation in my body along with weakness and numbness especially in hands and legs. This is there since December 4, 2016. How much should I be worried? I had done few tests per the physician including blood sugar, TSH, Uric acid, Vitamins-D and B12. My fasting BS is 97 mg/dl, HbA1c is 5.90, Total T3 is 0.96, Total T4 is 10.20, Calcium is 8.80, Cholesterol is 161 mg. DL, Urea is 21.4, Uric acid is 5.80, TSH is 5.56, and Vitamin-D level (D-25 Hydroxy) is 15.34. Kindly let me know what kind of dietary habits I need to follow and what basically should be a healthy lifestyle here in this case. Now, I am having Jneuron (Methylcobalamin Pregabalin), faster (herbal extracts with vitamins, minerals etc.) tablets along with D-rise (this one is once a week). The weakness, numbness seem to be little reduced, but it still persists to some extent along with transient tinglings. I have to also mention that I somehow did not follow a proper lifestyle for last few months like waking up late in afternoon, empty stomach for a long time, delayed meals, food irregularities, less veggies, too much tea etc. Kindly suggest, if I need to be concerned and any further tests if required to rule out some larger possibilities. Thank you.

Get Vit. B12, serum lead estimation.

I'm suffering from. Bipolar disorder, I take oxetol xr 150 mg single dose on alternate days. My situation has improved from past 10 years. I was diagnosed at the age of 12 with acute transient psychosis later I came to know that it's bipolar disorder. I usually had relapse once in 2 year or 1 year. Currently im taking maintenance dose i.e oxetol xr 150 mg. As a kid I have been always bright in my studies and sports. Medicines that have worked for me are encorate ,dicorate ,aripiprazole whenever I had relapse these medicines dosage have been increased and slowly within 2-3 months I have become normal. I personally feel that I should always take the maintenance dose. I'm working more than any average person, currently working as senior data scientist in mnc. I have done good in sports as well ,played state level tournaments. My current concern is my weight ,i want to maintain a healthy weight my height is 5'7 and my weight is 84. I want to maintain a healthy weight. I'm thankful to the suggestion given by my family psychiatry because of his suggestions and remedies only I have achieved everything in my life. Any suggestions and remedies to maintain a healthy weight will be appreciated. My current dosage is single oxetol xr 150 on alternate days. Is it possible to maintain a healthy weight with this dosage or not? Any ways to at least loose 10 kg weight with this medicine. Please help on this. Thanks in advance.

Yes you can go for clear retainers like essix retainers or else you can go for fixed lingual retainer also. Fixed means you no need to remove everytime you use. So it's the best retainer.
