its very unfortunate that the problem have cropped together thereby compounding the problem. Even with 25 % ef activities of daily living are possible and it may further improve with medication. I cannot comment on the use of arjuna chaal.

Reduce Your Pain and Swelling
Ice your shins. Ice several times a day for 3 days or until pain is gone.
Do stretching exercises, especially over the front part of the shin.

Dear user yes it could be due to wheather conditons, or any temporary change in your body.Take plenty of fluids ,proper diet and rest. If it continues for a week or more or worsens then you should think of something else. Thank you. Have a great day

You have not described the nature of work. If it requires sitting for long hours than you have to take a walk every 45 minutes. Sit with a straight back. do not bend forwards. What vehicle do you drive? If you are driving two-wheeler, take care that you do not get jerks on road. Do Hot fomentation 3 times a day. And take medicines.

Back strengthening exercises to be followed regularly along with medications when there is exacerbations of symptoms. Can't comment much about homeopathic medicines as it's not my domain but sure if it helps, but if it doesn't there are other allopathic medicines available as well.
