It depends upon how much calcium and vitamin d deficiency is there ;if you are taking as per the required amounts after checking the blood levels then it will not create problem but any supplement should not be continued for a longer period of time, focus on natural food sources and follow a good lifestyle for better health. Avoid stress and take good amount of sleep for better assimilation.
