Dear user, vit d is usually at its peak in the morning upto 11 am and later on only the uv increases. This is why sunlight exposure from 7 am- 11 am is the best. There is little more exposure after that but the. The time is in the morning. No need of worries. Take a glass of cow's milk daily. Also include dates small fishes etc in your diet. As it is subnormal you can also consider to take calcium vitamin d3 supplements for 3 months.
