Hello. Lybrate user. The medications will give only temporary relief. I advice you to take an xray and follow up with the treatment plan regarding the pain with restoration or root canal treatment. Yes you can take pain killers like paracetamol. They are mild. But pain killers has to be avoided for 1 week atleast after vaccination. Consult a general physician about this. Thank you.

If you have grossly decayed n pus formation on upper molar tooth may cause nerve pain facial swelling n redness pain on percussion and you may feel radiating facial nerve pain it may leads facial space infection that's why you have foul odor n tasteit can be treated by antibiotics n analgesic should be taken

Most probably root canal treatment is required. Till then pl swish mouth with 'phitkari water' also do 'manjan' with saindha namak (as fine as maida), shubhra bhasm and mustard oil drops, then rinse with warm water. Every 2-3 hrs.

Painkillers will reduce tooth pain for short duration. If you have any tooth infection ,it will damage the tooth structure. Consult a dentist ,once get oral checkup once. It helps you to know the cause.

the pain killers are adviced to avoid atleast three days after vaccination.. for safety purpose..
. don't worry..
aceclofenac and paracetamol are mild pain killers only..

there is nothing to worry about it. medications will give only temporary relief to your tooth ache..
