Hello dear

see merely intake of painkiller will not provide the effects. Some times antibiotics both topical or systemic have to be combined to provide relief. I suggest you to please share pic and history for confirmation of diagnosis. You can contact me at my code bj6eie

No need to take both the medicines. If you are getting relief by aceclofenac 100 mg and it suits you, please go ahead with it after discussing the same with your treating doctor.

Hello Lybrate user. I advice you to do salt water rinse. Soft brushing that side. Avoid chewing that side. Gargle after meals. Use mouth washes.
The pain will subside. For permanent relief, take an orthopantamogram and check for dental caries and go for root canal treatment. Consult me for further details and medications. Thank you.

Hello Lybrate user. Usually for wisdom tooth ache, an antibiotic and pain killers are given. Lornoxicam is a pain killer and metronidazole and cefuroxime are antibiotics. Paracetamol is also given pain relief. One pain killer tablet is enough. The pain will subside gradually. The medications will give only temporary reliefs. The permanent relief is by doing impaction. Take an orthopantamogram and go for impaction. Consult me for further details. Thank you. Thank you.
