Dear lybrate-user ji you might have a very deep cavity which is close to the pulp
and that is an indication that you might need root canal treatment. Kindly get an x ray from your dentist and confirm.

it is normal for tooth to pain when chewing when root canal is on going or recently completed
Note two thing
1. your treatment is fully complete
2. ask the doctor to relive the tooth by reducing its height a little. it is ok to do so as the tooth will be receiving a cap.

Please tell me which side you having that pain. If you having back side it may due to wisdom teeth that also cause pain around ear. Or if you having pain on the upper back side it may sinus problem. After tell me properly will proceed treatment option. Nothing to worry. Thank you.

1st get it done with cleaning of teeth (scaling)
if you have caries teeth means get it done with intra-oral peri apical x-rays.

Well rinse your mouth with warm salt water, apply fatkiri paste to your gum, boil few leaves of guava and rinse your mouth with that water, visit your dentist.

Alcohol and ketorolac should not be taken simultaneously as it can kick gi disturbances and erosional effect on gi mucosa. But considering your time frame of 3 hrs, the reactive potential of the the reaction due to the intermixing of ketorolac and alcohol will be minimal and hence less detrimental to your health. However you should refrain from such attempt in future. Good luck.
