do not worry. He lost his milk teeth and permanent teeth will erupt around 6-7 years of age. If you are sure that all 4 teeth got completely lost without any piece remaining in his bone then either you can wait for 2-3 years for permanent teeth to erupt or can go to dentist for temporary replacement options for lost teeth. Take care.

See any ulcer or injuries happene in oral region, it will heal fast unless and until you take proper treatment of it, the gel you r applying is ok and it takes to gel to heal your son's lip, so if more than 10-20 days happened and injury is not healed please consult me so that I can diagnose it properly and treat it well.
