do not worry. He lost his milk teeth and permanent teeth will erupt around 6-7 years of age. If you are sure that all 4 teeth got completely lost without any piece remaining in his bone then either you can wait for 2-3 years for permanent teeth to erupt or can go to dentist for temporary replacement options for lost teeth. Hi. Tightness of the tongue may take time to resolve. I am sure you must have taken multi vitamin medicine like neurobion forte till now. Try homeopathic medicine hypericum 30, two drops on tongue thrice daily for a month. You will be better.
