Wisdom teeth usually make their appearance between the ages of 17 and 21, though it's possible for them to push through earlier or later. Referred to as your "third molars, these four teeth begin to push through the skin like any other tooth, which can cause pain. However, wisdom teeth are much more likely to grow in at an incorrect angle – even sideways – causing impaction that can radiate this pain to the teeth in front of it. Kindly get it extracted as soon as possible.

Hello, lybrate-user
tooth decay is something caused by many factors such as poor oral hygiene, sweet food/beverages consumption. Once tooth starts decaying it then required suitable treatment done by dentist. As you mentioned there is no pain then it must be caries that has not reached to the deeper tissue yet, that would further require different treatment. So I suggest you to visit your nearest dentist, get your x ray done and get the proper treatment done. Do let me know for any help.

No need for tooth replacement only in wisdom tooth extractions as it will neither help in mastication nor in your facial features unlike ist and 2nd molars which have to replaced definitely.
