Yes at times it does happen that grafted bone does not grow 100% & hence your tooth is still weak. You can either wait & check if the bone healing improves or you can get a smile design done which will improve your smile to some extent. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Well you should go for rct which will improve or you have to extract the infected teeth so that it doesn't affect the adjacent teeth.
