Dear doctors, I have this problem of sore gums and inflammation in my upper back teeth. I get pain when I chew food. Also gums bleed when I brush and gums are swollen and become red. I know I have asked before but please please give best gel form toothpaste which is easy to use and other remedies allopathic, homeopathic and ayurvedic. Also any tablets to take. Please please help and reply this time. I would be obliged a d thankful to u. Thank u.

This could be vitamin c deficiency or gum disease. Best to visit a dentist to check for oral health issues. Meanwhile, you can use zytee-l for local application.

this is normal. It takes upto a week for the extraction site to show primary healing. Ensure that you follow the precautions that your doctor suggested.

Subah uthne par muh se bleeding hoti hai. Thookne par thook ke sath blood aata hai. Shyad gums se hoti hai but brush karne se pahle hoti hai aur karne ke baad bhi thoda thoda hote rehta hai. What should I do?

Brush your teeth twice daily. Floss your teeth before going to bed. Watch for a week. If symptoms still don't improve approach a dentist.

I have polyps in my nose, due to which I have sinusitis problem like nose blockage thick mucus gets blocked. I have lost smell faculty. But using wysolone 10 mg I am recovered from this problem. But after 15 days am with same problem. My question is how long I should take wysolone10 mg? Or to avoid side effects like bone mass reduction ,weak muscles etc. Or what is periodical time gap so that I can take it safely.

You require surgery for removal of the nasal polyps.
Wydolobe will cause only temporary relief and should not be used for more than 3 weeks.
Also it should not be frequently repeated.
Surgery followed by long term steroid nasal douching is the main stay of treatment in your case.

Iv been on antibiotics since monday which is now 7 days and I finish them on wednesday for a 2/3 cm bartholin cyst. It is has reduced a little bit. Will the antibiotics clear this up.
