use vanteg or rr sensoform toothpaste twice a day and change your habbit lyk don't eat or drink fully chiild or hot
and don't take hot after cold or cold after hot, take after 10-15 min of gap.

see sensitivity can be because of attrition or because of cavity. If there is a cavity then you need to see a dentist but if it is because of attrition just try this thing. Apply your tooth paste on the sensitive teeth for like 1/2 minute and then brush. even after this the problem persist do see your dentist.

Hi,
to maintain proper oral hygiene you have to brush your teeth regularly two times. Rinse your mouth when ever you eat something. Avoid sticky and too much chocolates and sweetened food.
Floss your tooth to prevent food impaction between teeth. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Tobacco, gutka, pan like products to prevent serious condition like cancer.
Visit dentist regular.

There is certainly a way to avoid it, that is maintenance of oral hygiene. Brush twice daily, keep your teeth clean and visit your dentist at least every six months.
