1.gum paints are usually formulations of tannic acid that reduce gum bleeding from weak, spongy gums. 2.salt water rinse is indeed very beneficial for improving gum health
3. Occasional teeth sensitivity may occur due to gum recession, cervical notching of teeth due to faulty brushing, surface cracks on teeth, initial caries etc. See your dentist for the same.

Hey! Go to a dentist and got your scaling and polishing done and use toothpaste vantej* (twice daily) how to use it- apply on all teeth. Let it be there for 1 to 2 mins then apply on toothbrush and do brushing. Your sensitivity will resolve take care.

Use a sensivity paste, twice a day. Also get a x-ray done of that tooth -if there is gum or nerve problem, then need to go in for rct n capping, as advised by your dentist.

This information I am sharing with my personal experience that whatever ayurvedic medicines are available for diabetes is good for nothing. They are just supplements and can not control sugar levels. Be it IME-9, Divya madhunasni vati from Patanjali etc. You need to visit an MD medicine for suitable allopathic medicines which can actually control your diabetes. You can take ayurvedic medicines just as supplements.
