Yes there are various treatment options for your teeth like veneering, capping which will change the shape of your teeth and you might required gum treatment as well. It is very difficult to suggest you any treatment options without seeing you so for that visit the nearby dental clinic. Hope that helps.

Either you make full or nothing at all.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meal. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.

This habit is called bruxism. Habit of grinding teeth or clenching their jaw under stress. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. now that you already know that using of the plastic object and forcefully brushing on the gums has led to recession of your gums and the tooth has become mobile. So at present the only option by reading your question seems to be splinting wherein the mobile tooth or the loose tooth can be attached temporarily to the adjacent teeth so that it can survive a bit longer.
But if the mobility is more or bone loss is more then extraction would be the only option. Kindly attach some photog...more
