Yes there are various treatment options for your teeth like veneering, capping which will change the shape of your teeth and you might required gum treatment as well. No point in making half its of no use waste of your time and money.
Either you make full or nothing at all.
But if you weigh between that, getting a full is advisable for overall well being of your health.
If you don't want removable one, get implant supported dentures, that is fixed and you don't have to take out or wear.

You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meal. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.

Hello
now that you already know that using of the plastic object and forcefully brushing on the gums has led to recession of your gums and the tooth has become mobile. So at present the only option by reading your question seems to be splinting wherein the mobile tooth or the loose tooth can be attached temporarily to the adjacent teeth so that it can survive a bit longer.
