What did the dentist do with you? If the RCT treated teeth were paining. He should have not extracted tooth. just did a re RCT in the same tooth. And refilled it. Can you show an x-ray to judge the situation better.

There is a possibility that the adjacent teeth were also affected during the accident. Proper examination by a dentist and radiographs are needed for accurate diagnosis. It is probable that one tooth broke but the impact of fall traumatised the neighbouring tooth also.

You may kindly go for root canal treatment and cap .. nothing will happen to you and later get a cap placed so that you can use teeth ... For biting and chewing atleast at the back ..
