RCT is best treatment. Till now take very fine (like maida) and mustard oil and lavang oil. Do 'gandoosh' (Ayurvedic doctors will tell you). Also do phitkari khulla twice to thrice a day for few days.

do not worry. He lost his milk teeth and permanent teeth will erupt around 6-7 years of age.
