Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Zytee lotion before meals at least 30 min.
Without rinse take food.
After food rinse mouth.
After that
candid lotion with ear bud properly keep it up for 30 min nothing by mouth till 30 min.
Tab folic acid 5 mg two times after breakfast n dinner for three weeks.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for three to five days.
Azee 500 one per day for five days.
Non spicy food. Light diet.
Plenty of liquid.
Ors nimbu pani coconut water buttermilk.
