It's difficult to properly clean partially erupted wisdom teeth. A buildup of food particles and dental plaque can cause gum infection around the tooth. Wisdom teeth are prone to decay because of their position in the back of the mouth. Infected wisdom teeth may also contribute to the decay of surrounding teeth. Veneers are used for the front of your surface to enhance esthetics of your teeth. They are made of ceramic which is known for its high wear resistance, it has a wear resistance more than your natural teeth. I dnt know if anyone can give a veneer layer in the back of the teeth but even if they do it will damage your lower teeth by wearing them of at much higher rate. Hence I would sugesst you to get a good composite restoration which if done properly does not gives off easily.

Pregnancy is a transformation phase in itself -it brings with it changes to almost all body systems. The oral tissues and teeth are also affected significantly. Extra precaution is required to maintain regular oral health and avoid severe decay and/or gum disease. If not avoided, the dental infections can cause severe systemic infections and require strong antibiotics, x-rays, minor surgeries, and root canal therapy which may not be safe during pregnancy.
