Hello Lybrate user. The yellow teeth is calculus deposits, due to food debris, sugary foods, tea, coffee stains and many more. I advice you to do salt and warm water gargling for three times a day for three days. Apply topical metrogyl ointment a small pea size in the gums for five minutes, twice a day for three days. 3m clinpro 5000 1.1% toothpaste (its expensive than the other tooth paste availabe in the market)
or enafix toothpaste.
Reduces risk for cavity and make enamel strong
also
1. Correct brushing technique
2.flossing daily
3. Use of mouthwash like chlorohexidine, hydrogen peroxide, or betadine or salt water rinses
4.use of interdental brushes
5. Gum paints like stolin. Metrohex plus gel.

First of all start brushing at night the food you eat or if you drink milk, soda before going to bed and you do not brush, its welcoming cavity, plaque, in your mouth and as time pass by you will fill loose gums, lot of cavity, bleeding gums, bad breadth and much more.
Also do you floss? If not then start to floss, its difficult initially but it is going to save you from lot of cavities and gum disease.
