1. Do warm saline gurgling 2-3 times daily
2. Take throat lozenges,
3. Drink warm/cold fluid to ease pain
4. Have smooth/semi solid food,
5. Take adequate rest 6. Take a full course of antibiotic for 10 days after consulting ent specialist (to avoid recurrence),

For tonsillitis, antibiotics added to it anti allegic and analgesics and antiseptic gargle helps, if you are having tonsillitis off and on you may require to go for tonsillectomy operation.

Hi,
take cap. Tonsari 1-1-1 with hot water after food and tab. Lakshmivilasa ras 1-1-1 after food. These medicines should be taken for 6-8 weeks continuously. Take tab. Tribhuvanakirti ras 1-1-1 till the fever subsides. Avoid cold and refrigerated food, sweets and oil fried food. Do salt water gorgling 2-3 times a day.

Yes, if tonsils are enlarged and causing recurrent sore throat, fever difficulty in swallowing/breathing. Surgery in this scenerio will be perfect solution.

Palate and tonsils are two separate things. Usually tonsils don't cause palatal pain. Please get checked with ent surgeons.

I think you may have allergic rhinitis, most probably dust allergy. Try to avoid dust. Dust particles mostly present in our bed sheet. Wash it in warm water at every 1 week and dry it in sun light for whole day. Try to use plastic cover for pillow. You will feel great relief. To prevent tonsils problem, avoid freez cold things. Take more fruits and vegetables. If you have still some query, feel free to ask me.

Use over the-counter medicines, which may help to relieve your pain eg crocin.
Take antihistamine medication.
Gargle with salt water twice daily.
U might need antibiotics.
Drink plenty of liquids.
Eat healthy diet.

U have to take proper and symptomatic treatment in homoeopathy. Some medicine as baryta carb 200 and belladonna 30 has good result in such cases, tell ur proper case history as how and when it started or u have any addiction and if possible please send ur pic and avoid cold and sour eatable
