Your suffering from a condition called tonsilolith Stone formation inside the tonsils. You just google the tonsilolith image and see for confirmation. All you need is to have a good oral hygiene. Salt water mouth wash or hexidine mouth wash. It ll subside automatically.

Hello Lybrate user, tonsillectomy can be done by ENT specialist. For bad breath first you should go for scaling n polishing. Use mouthwash twice daily. Use interdental brushes n dental floss to clean interdental areas. Clean your tongue daily with tongue cleaner. Rinse with warm saline water 3-4 times a day.
