Get scaling done. Mostly plaques are responsible for bad breath. Rinse you mouth with alcohol free mouthwash. Other reasons are gum problem, cavity, sinus problem lung infection, dry mouth.
It will be better to consult the dentist for thorough investigation to rule out the cause of halitosis.

Dear, *Chronic tonsillitis is a persistent infection of the tonsils. Repeated infections may cause the formation of small pockets (crypts) in the tonsils which harbor bacteria. Frequently, small, foul smelling stones are found within these crypts. These stones (tonsilloliths) may contain high quantities of sulfa. When crushed, they give off the characteristic rotten egg smell which causes bad breath. They may also give a patient the sense of something being caught in the back of the throat.

Hi,
take cap. Tonsari 1-1-1 with hot water after food and tab. Lakshmivilasa ras 1-1-1 after food. These medicines should be taken for 6-8 weeks continuously. Take tab. Tribhuvanakirti ras 1-1-1 till the fever subsides. Avoid cold and refrigerated food, sweets and oil fried food. Do salt water gorgling 2-3 times a day.

- practice good oral hygiene.
- Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque.
