If problem is severe and more than 6 months and recurrent on and off cold take beta dine n hydrogen peroxide gargles twice daily for 5 days and tonsils should be removed if your problem is recurrent and severe.

Tonsillolith occurs when debris gets lodged in tonsils. Repeated episodes can lead to serious infection. You should get your tonsils removed.

Tonsiloliths can be cleared by gargle itself. Only impacted stones need to be removed. Maintain good oral hygiene. I advice you to saline mouth wash only.
