Hello,devansh has the tendency of this,for this use daily administration of til oil in nose , one one drop,and give him Dhoopan in ear daily with normal dhoop stick.it will stop the tendency.
And now use clear wax ear drop 4 drop at night for 5 days it wax became melt and remove from ear.

Do not use gentamicin topical if you have a perforation in eardrum. It is an ototoxic drug and may harm. Consult online with your reports and later get operated once situation gets normalize!
