Beetroot has a high calorie so avoid it at night if you are on weight loss. Avoid cabbage and radish at night as it causes gas formation. You can take tomatoes and cucumber as it has good amount of fiber and water which helps in weight loss.

Dear lybrate-user,
This is what is called targeted nutrition. Whenever we have a certain health issue, apart from medical treatment we do follow certain dietary as well as physical activity modifications for best results. Since you are having renal stones, consider your doctors advice seriously and follow it strictly. Once you are stone free, then again consider you calcium levels in your body with authenticated blood reports. Until then, do not worry.

Hi
Marginal diabetic or pre diabetic need to be more particular about the diet and exercise as this is the time you can prevent yourself from becoming a diabetic. Carrots and tomatoes are good source of vitamin A and C, they are low in calories and rich in nutrients. Carrots especially need not be completely taken off the diet but can be taken in moderation. So a soup made of carrot and tomatoes are a good choice but in moderation with a watch on blood sugars.

Tomatoes, especially the seeds of the vegetable, are rich in calcium and oxalate compounds. If you are already suffering from minor kidney problems, it will be really tough for your body to digest these elements. In such a case, consuming large amounts of tomato will be harmful for you as the calcium and oxalates will accumulate in your kidneys and form small to large stones.

Please don't use neither baking powder nor baking soda...both of them will increase your skin tone initial..but later after 2-3 years, its is cause skin loosening.
Very difficult in later period to get skin tone.
Better just go for facial regularly.
Hope you got it.
Take care :)
