Hii. Good morning. Don't worry. It's the primary teeth. The permanent teeth will be in good condition. I advice to take intra oral radiograph to check the condition of primary teeth and follow up with the treatment procedure after interpretation of radiograph. Thank you.

Hello Lybrate user. The sudden blisters has to be treated soon. First I advice you to consult a general physician regarding sudden swelling in the lips. It can occur due to allergy or severe diabetics. Diabetics makes periodontal complications. So I advice you to check the diabetic level and consult a diabetologist. Hi
do not worry. He lost his milk teeth and permanent teeth will erupt around 6-7 years of age. If you are sure that all 4 teeth got completely lost without any piece remaining in his bone then either you can wait for 2-3 years for permanent teeth to erupt or can go to dentist for temporary replacement options for lost teeth. Take care.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meal. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. - use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least tw...more

Hello,
1. The diagnosis seems to be correct and you will improve gradually, the kind of problem you are having is well known and requires no surgery. You have to wait for some time and take pain killers for reducing the pain. Sometimes overvigorous physiotherapy can also cause pain, if possible you can take a break from physiotherapy for 1 week and then gradually restart it. The foot drop will recover though it may take time. The best indicatin of recovery is ongoing improvement
