Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meal. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. The swelling can be due to an injury to your gums while eating or because of wisdom tooth eruption or due to a decayed tooth etc. Clinical examination by a dentist is necessary for proper diagnosis. Meanwhile you can do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day for some relief.

Yes at times it does happen that grafted bone does not grow 100% & hence your tooth is still weak. You can either wait & check if the bone healing improves or you can get a smile design done which will improve your smile to some extent. It is not an alternative to braces but in some cases smile design gives better result than braces.

We first need to find out the source of inflammation.
In many cases it is improper oral hygiene.
Get full mouth scaling and polishing then. Must follow
1. Correct brushing technique
