Hello Mr. lybrate-user. Your triglyceride level is very high. It means you have been taking food which is very rich in saturated fat. High triglyceride levels may lead to atherosclerosis of arteries which in turn may lead to blockage of arteries. I would advise you to follow a very strict diet and avoid eating oily and greasy food. For haemoglobin include iron rich foods like jaggery, raisins. You can have wheat grass juice 2 tsp in water early morning. Also for iron absorption include vitamin c rich foods like sprinkle lemon over green moong dal sprouts. Have more antioxidant fruits like pomegranate, oranges, kiwi and vegetables like spinach, beetroot in your diet.
