. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. It looks like you are anaemic. For trigeminal neuralgia, tegrital (carbamazepine) is most effective drug. He is on very minimal dose, dose can be adjusted if required but some effects are possible like sedation, rashes and decreased sodium level. Most of the patients require long term treatment.
