You have to take both systemic and topical antifungals. If extensive you can apply antifungal shampoo mixed wt water and let it soak on your skin for five minutes minimum nd den wash off. Do it weekly thrice.

Excessive sweating, gymming, etc can lead to recurrence of p. Versicolor again and again. So you need to keep the area dry. Also kenz and kevon lotion are the same thing so no point in using both. You can apply any of these lotions 10 mins before bath over the lesions and wash it off with water.
