Hello-"phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. The foreskin of the penis is not retractable in an infant or a young child. This is considered to be a normal part of development. As the child grows into puberty the foreskin naturally separates itself from the head of the penis, allowing for complete retraction. This becomes a particularly important function for the male in terms of hygiene, especially with cleaning of the penis and its head as well as in terms of sexual in...more

So basically, me and my girlfriend got close around 13th june, 2023, and although we did not have any penetrative sex, we did use our hands to pleasure each other. Now, initially the lubrication released by my genitals covered my penis and she did perform oral sex on me. So I just touched my penis after she was done for a very brief moment, and I did not ejaculate at that time. After touching it, I knew I felt a wet sensation but then, I did touch a lot of other things, such as my clothes and etc, so there was no chance of anything being there on my fingers. After that I used my fingers to pleasure her, and somehow, now I am worried that what if she might get pregnant by that as I touched my penis which was wet, but I definitely did not ejaculate at that time, because I clearly ejaculated a lot later when my partner pleasured me later on. Its been around 47 days since then as I have been keeping a record of time. She has not got her periods, and thats the only supposed symptom of pregnancy, otherwise she has no other symptoms, like swollen breasts, food aversions, implantation bleeding, fatigue, morning sickness, etc. She has got none of those, except for the missing periods. Fyi, my girlfriend does have a severe case of hypothyroid and hormonal imbalances due to which she has irregular periods and she usually needs her homeopathy prescribed meds to get her menstrual cycle, and at that time when we did all this, she was not on those meds for her periods, as she started those meds very late, like around 23rd june, 2023, which is a lot later than she usually does. And also, we did not have any kind of penetrative sex and neither did I ejaculate while or before I was using my fingers to please her.

You have cut on your foreskin during masturbation. It pains when you retract foreskin. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Don't apply soap or oil on affected part, just wash with tap water properly daily. For better guidance and proper treatment, call or enquire me through Lybrate.

Hello-
you might be having pearly penile papules. They are very small bumps, the same colour as your skin, but with a pearly appearance. They usually appear around the glans (head) of the penis in a row. Again, they are not sexually transmitted, they are not linked to hygiene in any way and they don't need any treatment.

Hello-
an acute case of phimosis may create problems for the person when he would want to pass urine or to perform sex, as this action may either be restricted or become troublesome. This is when phimosis becomes a medical emergency. It has been linked with an increased risk of infection, loss of sexual stimulation of the penis and even penis cancer.
Traditionally medicine offers conservative treatment of phimosis. It is worth noting that in recent years, medicine has made great progress...more

Phimosis occurs when the foreskin is too tight to be pulled back over the head of the penis.
While it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment, here are a few suggestions that may provide some relief:
gentle stretching exercises: gradually and gently try to stretch the foreskin over time. Start by retracting it as far as you can without causing pain, and hold it in that position for a few minutes each day. Over time, this m...more
