Please tell your problem in details, not the diagnosis. If there is fissure there will be a skin tag in the perianal area but that not a mass that comes out and goes. Mass occurs in cases of hemorrhoids or piles and may produce bleeding also. If there is perianal abscess surgery there high chance of development of fistula later on.
