Vowel sounds: the aim of these movements is to target those muscles around the mouth and also ok the side of your lips. You can do the exercise by following the instructions given below: ; You need to open your mouth wide open and then try to say'o' which is to be followed by'e. You need to exaggerate on producing these sounds and you should not show or touch your teeth while doing the movements. You need to perform 3 sets of 15 repetitions. Chinup: this exercise requires you to lift your face and then your chin muscles and you can follow the given steps to do this exercise properly: You need to close your mouth and push your lower jaw out and then try to lift your lower lip. You should try to feel a stretch which occurs right under the chin and in the jawline as well. You need to hold this position for almost 10-15 seconds and then you need to relax. You need to perform 3 sets along with 15 repetitions in each set. ; Other things that you can try to achieve a sharpened and well defined jawline: You are suggested to eat a healthy and balanced diet and get into a habit of doing exercises on a regular basis and this will help you in the long run to stay fit and help you to maintain a younger look for yourself. There is a virus, human papillomavirus (hpv), that infect humans which causes a type of skin infection called warts. This infection to skin causes it to form skin-color bumps which may be hard and rough. This infection can be transferred by touching the person who has it because it is contagious. Feet, hands, thigh, genitals, neck are the places of occurrence of these warts. These warts are non cancerous but grow like cancerous mass of skin. A cut or break in skin can be the gate to the entry of this virus. Types of warts: Hands: warts on the hands are a common type. Face: face is affected by flat warts. Feet: warts that appear on the leg or sole of the foot or thigh are masses of skin cells like calluses with somewhat skin color, called plantar warts. Only sometimes they are painful and they grow after each scissoring. Removing it is not an answer. ; Genitals: genital warts get transferred sexually from an infected person through coitus and oral sex. Penis, vagina opening and anus can be the place of its occurrence. Natural ways to remove warts: Apple cider vinegar When an apple juice is fermented in a factory to produce an acidic substance called apple cider vinegar. It contains a chemical called salicylic acid that removes infected skin. This vinegar has antimicrobial properties which fights with hpv. Prepare a solution of applecidervinegar 2parts and 1 part water. Now soak cotton in it and apply on warts like bandages. Please do not apply on open wounds. 2) ginger ;Garlic has a compound called allicin that has antimicrobial effects, antiviral and immune changing properties. Make a paste of garlic clove and water. Take the paste on the bandage and cover the warts with it. Do this for 4 days in a week. 3) pineapple A mixture of peptide digesting enzymes called bromelain found in pineapple that removes the dead and immature skin cells. People have used it on removing the warts and have had many positive results. Make a pineapple juice and soak cotton to apply it on warts. This makes warts fall off. 4) clear nail polish Applying clear nail polish is a home made remedy based on personal experiences. Its chemical properties suffocate the virus in warts and help in falling off. It acts as a protective coating to wards of air. Do it twice a day for a week. 5) bee propolis ;Honey bees collect plant substances, pollen, wax, nectar and with his enzymes make a resin-like substance known as propolis. Propolis s antiviral and rejuvenate skin cell properties. Acne, wounds, hsv (herpes simplex virus) are being treated by it. And it may help in fighting hpv in warts. Apply propolis on warts overnight. 6) castor oil Antimicrobial and anti- inflammatory properties are found in castor oil. Skin infection conditions like ringworm dandruff warts are treated by applying it everyday on skin. After a few days warts will fall off. 7) tea tree oil Oil extract from tea trees has chemicals that have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It has antiviral properties that are used to treat acne and athletes' foot warts. 8) aspirin Aspirin is a mixture of chemicals. One is salicyclic acid whose work is to peep off the warts overgrown infected areas. Take a tablet of aspirin, crush it and mix it well. Water. Now apply it on a bandage and put on warts. Tight it and leave it for the whole night. Repeating a few times in a week makes warts fall. ; 9) duct tape Most popular way to remove warts is duct tape. It removes the infected area easily in a period of time. Take a small cut of duct and stick it to warts. Remove it many times a day in a week. Use pumice stone to scrub it and soak it in water. Repeat the work for many days. Sensitive skin has many side problems like bleeding and irritation. Steps to prevent warts? Warts cannot be prevented forever. You can just avoid its growth and reduce its contagious properties. Few few steps should be taken for future prevention: Avoid cutting the wart which may cause it to spread to other areas. The habit of biting nails overgrown areas causes viruses to spread to faces. Sharing nail clippers, towels, razors can cause spreading of it to others. Directly touching the warts is not well. Get done with the hpv vaccine. Genitals warts can be prevented by using condoms. Plantar warts spread more in wet conditions so keep your feet clean. Wearing the dirty slippers of other infected people can cause its spread. ; Conclusion: Warts are many types according to their place of occurrence. Warts are harmless but cannot be prevented for always. Its growth can be taken care of. Medicine cannot work in a positive way at warts. Natural remedies are easy to apply on it. Hi, forehead bumps can be fungal or can be acne. Use an oil control facewash like saslic. Erytop may help short-term. It cannot be used for more than few weeks. Avoid oiling scalp and use antidandruff shampoo.
