Sharing of saliva can lead to rabies.
You can never be too sure if bowl has been properly washed. Better would be to get vaccinated as it is serious disease if it happens and you should be responsible for yourself and family members. Of course if you are sure that bowl has been properly cleaned and no saliva contact then you can ignore my advice.

Human-to-human transmission of rabies virus has only been documented from infected organ/tissue donors to transplant recipients.
So though theoretically it is possible for you to get infected by rabies, most likely you are safe. Of if want more security, it would be better to get vaccinated as well.
No harm in vaccination.

Please consult online or directly. It looks like you have developed a blistering disease. Either an eczema or a bullous disease. Kindly share photographs of affected area and consult. The above 2 conditions are most likely possibility, which wouldn't settle with just antihistamine.

Hello. Immediate measure: wash the wound in the running water completely. Don't use any antiseptics over the bite wound, inj. Tt to be taken. Definitely ,complete anti rabies vaccine should be repeated, given 0,7,28 days and if needed 90 days in any gh or phc, observe the dog for the next 10 days, if dog died, inform the local public health personnel like medical officer gphc or health inspectors.
