It may be due to migraine headache. Take tab. Cephagraine 2tabs thrice a day after food and instill 2 drops of Cephagraine drops into each nostril 3 times a day for about 2 weeks continuously. Apply ginger paste over the forehead to relieve the headache

Morning headaches could be related to Sleep apnea. Typically they go away in an hour/ few hours. Other symptoms of sleep apnea would be: waking up multiple times at night, waking up groggy/ non refreshing sleep, daytime fatigue and tendency to take naps, besides snoring.

Hello,

you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below:

you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day)

2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day

3. Get check eyes for refractive error

4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis
