Hi, I am a 14 years old boy and experiencing daily head from three years after an mental trauma. When I was 11 I experienced heartburn and I thought it was heart attack and got seriously anxious next day I experienced first headache of my life and from that day I can't stop thinking about headaches and literally experienced every type of one like throbbing, behind nerve of eye near temples, stabbing above temples so please tell I am experiencing them from 11 and now I am 14 there was not a single day I stopped thinking about my headache and started getting stresses so please tell me the cause of these headaches because firstly I got throbbing headaches then I experienced burning sensation in neck and pain in back of head then tightness in head and nowadays stabbing pain shoved temples that comes and goes and also headache in upper forehead that starts from there and ends in neck so please tell me the reason behind all these headaches I am experiencing I often feel depressed thing I am going to die or going to have something serious so please.
